Delivery times

C&O Beach manages orders daily and delivery times depend on the availability of each product included in the order.

The delivery time of each product vary in relation to different parameters such as the level of stocks, the preparation time of the order, the means of transportation used for its delivery, among others. Taking into account all those parameters that determine the delivery time from when the order is complete until the merchandise can be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the User, we make an estimate of the approximate delivery date of the product.

For products that are temporarily out of stock, you can contact us at Customer Service through the email "info@cobeach.net". All delivery times are counted in business days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

The published delivery times are estimates of the usual delivery time for the products.

Shipping and order issuance 

After sending the order confirmation via email, the products and the packaging will be prepared, and the corresponding invoice will be generated, which will contain the list of products purchased, quantities, prices, taxes charged and all additional expenses, if they exist, as stated in the order. The transport costs are shown to the User when updating his/her order and are included in the total amount of the order.

When several products with different delivery times are included in an order, a single delivery will be made when all the products in the order are available, therefore the delivery time of the global order is conditioned to the products with the longest term.

The order will be sent through a transport agency to the indicated shipping address. The ownership of the products delivered will be transferred to the User when they are delivered by the courier, after the User has signed the delivery note and once the packages delivered have been reviewed.

If upon delivery of the order, the User is not found at the address set, the courier will leave a notice to contact the delivery service. In this case, the additional expenses are borne by the User.

In case of finding any anomaly in the products delivered due to errors in the products received with respect to the products ordered, damages or other causes of disagreement on your part, you should contact the Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt via email "info@cobeach.net" and specify what happened. If it is a visible damage to the delivery of the product, the incident must be detailed upon delivery of the product to the courier on the delivery note. In this regard, we recommend that you consult the following section "Incidents and Returns".

Incidents and Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal - By virtue of the retail trade regulation law, the User has recognised the right of withdrawal of the purchase made through the Portal, and therefore, if not satisfied, and provided that the nature of the good acquired allows it, the User can return the product within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the order at the indicated address. Once the interest in desisting from a purchase has been expressed, there is a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days to make the return of the purchase.

In any case, the return of any product requires the agreement between C&O Beach and the User. For the purposes of making use of the right of withdrawal, it is essential that the products are in perfect condition, have not been used, remain with their original labeling and are returned folded in their original packaging as they were delivered, also in perfect condition. In no case will the return of products be accepted if the label of the product has been removed. The refund of the purchase amount, when applicable, will be made in the same means of payment with which the product was purchased. The cost of transporting the return of the product will be borne by the User, who assumes all risks derived from the transport of the return of the product. That is why we recommend that the merchandise travels fully insured.

The return of the product can be made by sending an email to Customer Service via "info@cobeach.net", where the steps to follow will be indicated. Before returning the product, the User must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer any damage during shipping.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are those cases in which, due to the very nature of the goods acquired, it is impossible to carry it out, without prejudice to the corresponding claim for damages suffered, including, in particular: those products made according to the User's specifications or clearly personalised.

Incidents in the Delivery - In the event that the User upon receiving his delivery detects some type of anomaly, finds packages in poor condition or the lack of any package, he/she must indicate this at the time of receipt in writing on the delivery note of the carrier. In addition, the User must report the incident within a period of less than 24 hours by email "info@cobeach.net".

Defective Products - If the User receives a defective product, C&O Beach will take care of replacing the product whenever possible, at no additional cost. In the event that for reasons of availability the replacement of the product could not be made, the full refund of the purchase will be made.

Order Cancellations - The User may cancel their order as long as it has not been dispatched. Order cancellations must be made through the email "info@cobeach.net". Within 24/48 hours, C&O Beach will contact the User and proceed to return the amount paid through the payment method agreed between the parties.
